“I cannot tell you how thankful I am to you for capturing the greatest images! They depict the emotions we felt throughout the day so beautifully! Sooooo glad we picked you – although when we saw your work there was absolutely no contest!!”
This was my first time at Hilton London Bankside for Heena and Anish’s Indian wedding, and what an amazing day it was. I had already photographed their civil wedding the previous week at Three Rivers Golf Club in Essex, so it was great to meet their family and friends again for their Indian wedding.
Heena and Anish chose the Hilton London Bankside for their Hindu wedding ceremony and reception. The Hilton Bankside is a brand new London hotel, only two years old, and is set a stones throw from Tate Modern, The Shard, Borough Market, it was the perfect setting for their wedding, and probably one of my favourite London hotels too.
Heena and Anish, are such an easy going couple, super relaxed, who wear their hearts on their sleeves and completely in love with not only each other, but with their family and friends too. It was clear to see how much everyone loved them too.
Their Hindu ceremony was conducted beautifully by my good friend Kamal Pandey, along with Shiv Gopal who set the tone with the background music throughout the ceremony. It’s always a pleasure to shoot a ceremony when Kamal Pandey is the Hindu priest at an Indian wedding.
It was a truly beautiful day, being surrounded by awesome people, its days like this I realise how lucky I am to be a wedding photographer. I won’t ramble on anymore about the awesomeness of their wedding reception too, I’ll let the images below do the talking of Heena & Anish’s wedding at Hilton London Bankside.
Congratulations once again Heena and Anish, I hope you’re enjoying your 4 month Honeymoon globetrotting, I’m not jealous at all! Thank you again for letting me document your Indian wedding at Hilton Bankside, and hope we get to meet up and have a drink together soon.
I had an amazing time shooting at Hilton Bankside London, it was the perfect setting for any Wedding Ceremony. If you’re planning on having a wedding in London, or anywhere else in the world, then please get in touch. I’d love to hear all about it and have the opportunity to be your London wedding photographer.
